Commencement of SROI for Women's Professional Development Workshops

This quarter, the Manager of the Time + Tide Foundation’s Professional Women’s Workshops Programme initiated Social Return on Investment (SROI) data collection to better understand the value created through this professional development and networking platform.

Early qualitative findings suggest that the workshops are serving as a catalyst for self-investment, reigniting professional ambitions that participants had previously set aside due to limited time and opportunity to focus on their goals.

While the extent to which this renewed motivation translates into material, quantifiable outcomes for participants and other stakeholders is still being assessed, we are encouraged by the insights and reflections emerging from this initial phase of data collection.
