Dr. Adam Richards, Director of Impact
Adam is responsible for maximizing impact across SVI and our communities. He supports members to achieve their own impact goals, manages our international trainer community to enhance global learning opportunities and leads on strategic international projects to promote the Principles of Social Value. Adam is also responsible for the development of SVI's internal impact management systems.

Nicole Watson, Networks & Membership Director
Nicole is responsible for growing and nurturing SVI’s international community, using her passion for creating systemic change through network collaboration. In her role, Nicole provides support to SVI’s growing base of Global Networks, fosters the members of SVI’s community and manages the organisation’s partnership efforts.

Nzube Anioke, Community and Project Coordinator
Nzube manages SVI’s membership process, ensuring efficient processes that support all members. This involves ensuring that members have access to all relevant information and member benefits. Nzube also acts as a support resource for SVI’s members to address any queries and concerns.
Nzube also provides administrative support for the governance of the SVI affiliate network and assists with implementing SVI's strategic plans for the network.

Yulia Romaschenko, Technical Director
Yulia is responsible for development and application of SVI’s Standards and Guidance, providing technical assistance to SVI members and supporting Social Value Practitioners at all stages of their professional pathway through publications, events, training and consultations.
Her role is to ensure that anyone interested in applying the Principles of Social Value to optimise well-being and promote equality has access to the relevant information and resources, and can connect with like-minded practitioners across SVI’s global community.

Bonnie Chiu, Senior Advisor
Bonnie is the Strategic Lead for the Impact Valuation Hub, an initiative hosted by SVI that aims to advance the practice of impact valuation among private investors.
Alongside, Bonnie is Managing Director of The Social Investment Consultancy (TSIC), a global consultancy specialised in social impact measurement, impact investing and equity and inclusion strategies. She is a serial social entrepreneur: having founded women’s empowerment social enterprise Lensational, Diversity Forum for Inclusive Social Investment and Pathway, a new impact investment wholesaler focused on racial equity.

Eva Kitaria, Finance and HR Manager
Eva is responsible for overseeing financial management and reporting at SVI. With an extensive background in finance and administration, gained through previous roles in Kenya, Eva coordinates with the CEO and external accountants to ensure that reports are produced accurately and in a timely manner, providing a comprehensive and reliable reflection of SVI's financial position. In addition, Eva oversees SVI’s Human Resources function.

Nazifa Shikdar, Events & Marketing Coordinator
Nazifa works closely with our leadership team to manage the coordination of training courses and implement SVI’s marketing strategy. Her role covers scheduling, logistics, and post-training support, alongside overseeing social media, content generation, and marketing materials design. Before joining SVI, Nazifa contributed to projects with organizations like UNHCR and Chelsea FC. She also worked at Brunel University London, specializing in AI applications, digital marketing, and stakeholder engagement. She holds a Master’s in International Business and certifications in Management and Artificial Intelligence.

Christian Narh Fiergbor, Assurance and Project Coordinator
Christian manages the SVI Accredited Practitioner community, overseeing applications, renewals, and the Accreditation Inbox. He works to enhance the practitioner experience by gathering feedback and ensuring access to relevant resources. Christian also supports the SDG Impact Standards Assurance through application processing and reporting. Collaborating with internal and external teams, he assists with project planning, implementation, and research, contributing to the development of guides, reports, and case studies.

Jo Fackler, Director of Global Affairs
Jo oversees SVI’s strategic communications, helping to shape the global narrative around impact management and social value, and engaging SVI’s audiences in positive action. Jo also leads the True & Fair project, a campaign to encourage company directors to consider whether their financial statements accounts give a true and fair view in the context of sustainability issues.
Jo has a wealth of experience in impact management standards, having previously coordinated efforts across 19 international organisations via the Impact Management Platform. She has also led the Impact Management Project’s engagement efforts to build partnerships and advance key norms for managing impact.

Kristin Fanselow, Project Manager, Impact Valuation Hub
Kristin project manages the Impact Valuation Hub, an initiative hosted by SVI that aims to advance the practice of impact valuation among private investors. She also contributes to SVI’s initiatives to support and strengthen the international network, drawing on her experience in working with Social Value Aotearoa.
Kristin’s cross-sector background includes managing capability-building projects in Kenya and Cambodia, contributing to social innovation within an indigenous Māori organisation, developing strategy in the public sector, and leading an impact consulting team in a social enterprise in New Zealand. She holds an MBA and extensive experience in impact management and strategy, with a strong interest in community-led approaches to systems change.

Charlotte Osterman, Training and Technical Lead
Charlotte is an Accredited Practitioner of Social Value and SROI, with expertise in social sustainability and corporate responsibility. She previously worked as Private Sector Lead for Social Value UK, where she supported private sector members on their social value journeys, providing technical expertise and tailored workshops. At SVI, Charlotte is supporting the partnership with the Capitals Coalition, and delivering Train-the-Trainer workshops.
Committed to driving positive change through sustainable development and the Principles of Social Value, Charlotte is co-author of the accredited SROI report, The Value of Giving Back; a partner of Pax Tecum Global Consultancy; and Trustee of the Infinity Branch.

Craig Foden, Social value Technical Manager
Craig works with SVI’s Technical Director to ensure that SVI’s Standards remain relevant and effective. This involves drafting key guidance documents and coordinating the SVI Standards Committee. His role also involves facilitating the intentional inclusion mechanisms and methodology working groups to ensure that the diverse perspectives of the SVI community are reflected in the Standards.
Craig also oversees the ongoing development and delivery of SVI’s Assurance & Accreditation services. This includes reviewing relevant standards and processes, and supporting the delivery of assurance services through SVI’s Joint Member Networks (JMNs).

Bryony Sibson, Communications and Marketing manager
Bryony is the Communications and Marketing Manager at SVI where she leads strategies to highlight the impactful work that is being done across the board. Driven by a commitment to positive social impact, Bryony is dedicated to promoting projects that enhance social value and environmental sustainability
Drawing from her extensive background in marketing management and coordination within both small not-for-profit and large national charities, Bryony focuses on crafting compelling narratives that help organisations communicate their values, goals, and impact, fostering stronger relationships with the communities they serve.

Simon Faivel, Senior Advisor
Simon Faivel is a Senior Advisor to Social Value International (SVI), and formerly a trustee and co-Chair of SVI.
Simon is a Director at Social Ventures Australia (SVA) in the Consulting team, based I Melbourne, and has been with SVA since 2007. Simon focuses on strategy, governance, managing to outcomes and leads SVA’s work on Social Value and Social Return on Investment (SROI). He is a level 3 accredited Social Value and SROI practitioner and an accredited trainer, having trained more than 2,000 people across Australia, Aotearoa New Zealand, and Singapore.
Simon is the Founding Chair (now co-Chair) of the Social Impact Measurement Network of Australia (SIMNA), the Australian Joint Member Network of SVI.
